You need to take 1 lymecycline 408mg capsule at the same time each day. Swallow your lymecycline 408mg capsule whole with a glass of water.

Wash your hands thoroughly after you use Epiduo gel.
When you start using lymecycline and Epiduo, wear sunscreen during the day and avoid sunlamps or sunbeds to protect your skin.
Contact your doctor if your skin feels sore or irritated after using Epiduo gel. You may need to use Epiduo gel less often to start with to prevent irritation. If you use more Epiduo gel than you should, you’re more likely to experience side effects like skin irritation and redness.
