Medical queries
If you need urgent help, please call:
- 999 for medical emergencies
- 111 for medical advice and treatment
- 116 123 (Samaritans) for help with depression, anxiety, and other signs you're struggling
Contact a doctor
You can message our doctors for free, confidential advice about an Asda Online Doctor prescription, medication or treatment. Log in to your account (or create one, if you haven’t already) to send and receive messages from our team.
Speak to an Asda pharmacist
You can speak to an Asda pharmacist about your Asda Online Doctor medication or prescription too.
Our central hub pharmacy dispenses all delivery orders. You can call them on 0161 6292311.
If you’re collecting your order from your local Asda Pharmacy (Click & Collect), you can find their contact details with the Asda store finder.
