To place a repeat order (including orders where you wish to increase dose), you will need to complete our weight loss assessment as you would if ordering your first dose. You will be able to later choose a different strength. It is important to ensure you have specified the dose of medication you are currently taking to ensure the appropriate dosage continuity options are visible to you.

How it works:

• Complete a short assessment, which includes questions on which medication you are on and which dose you are currently on.
• Highlight your treatment preference; we will show you the next higher dose, the same dose you are currently on and the next lower dose.

To switch from Wegovy injection to Wegovy pill:

If you are already taking a weight loss medication like Wegovy injection and are thinking about taking Wegovy pill, speak to your doctor and they will be able to advise a suitable dose.

You will need to wait 1 week (7 days) after your last injection before taking Wegovy pill.

You can switch from 1.7mg, 2.4mg or 7.2mg Wegovy injection to 25mg Wegovy pill.

To switch from Mounjaro injection to Wegovy pill:

If you are currently taking Mounjaro and would like to switch to Wegovy pill, speak to your doctor and they will be able to advise a safe and suitable dose for you.

Note that you would need to wait 1 week after your last Mounjaro injection before you start taking the Wegovy tablets.

You can switch from 7.5mg, 10mg, 12.5mg or 15mg Mounjaro injection to 25mg Wegovy pill.

You must follow the instructions of taking your Wegovy pill which are included with your medication. The Wegovy pill must be taken daily. If you miss a dose, you must skip the missed dose and take your next dose the following day as normal. Missing doses can reduce the effectiveness of your treatment. If you miss 7 doses in a row during your course of your treatment you may need to start from the lowest dose and titrate. Do not:

• take 2 tablets on the same day
• double dose
