Babak graduated from King’s College London in 2003, having studied medicine and gained a bachelor’s degree in Physiology during his time there. He completed his training in general practice (GP) in East London, working in the same area as a partner at a large inner-city GP practice for several years. He completed the Royal College of GPs membership exam in 2007.
Babak has worked for the local Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) as the Prescribing Lead, as well as leading in areas including cardiology, diabetes, and stroke medicine.
He's worked within the NHS as well as in the private sector, helping him gain unique insights into the future of healthcare.
