How do I earn?
Add your 16-digit Asda Rewards membership number when asked during your weight loss consultation.
Complete a qualifying order and your Cashpot reward will be added to your Asda Rewards account automatically.
No extra forms. No need to claim afterwards.
Have your Rewards number ready
You can find your 16-digit membership number in the Asda Rewards app.
Make sure you have it before you start. You can only add your Rewards number during your consultation.
If you do not add it when asked, you will not be able to claim this reward later.
New to Asda Rewards?
Download the Asda Rewards app, create your account and find your 16-digit membership number.
Then come back to Asda Online Doctor and start your consultation.
Spending your Pounds
Your Pounds will be added to your Asda Rewards Cashpot.
You can convert your Cashpot balance into vouchers to spend at Asda in store or online.
FAQs
Do I need an Asda Rewards account?
Yes. You'll need an active Asda Rewards account to receive Cashpot rewards when you take part in our weight loss promotions.
Can I add my Rewards code later?
No. The consultation is the only opportunity to enter your Rewards code. Unfortunately, codes cannot be added after an order has been approved.
How will I know when promotions are live?
We'll usually contact eligible patients like you by email when a promotion becomes available. Please note that you'll only receive these updates if you've opted in to marketing emails.
When will rewards be added to my Cashpot?
Rewards are added automatically within up to 60 working days of an eligible order being approved by a doctor, although it is usually sooner than this.
Do I need to claim my reward?
No. If you've entered a valid Rewards code during a live promotion and your order is eligible, the reward will be added to your Cashpot automatically.
What happens if there isn't a promotion running?
You can continue using our weight loss service as normal. We'll let you know when future promotions become available.

- Offer open to new and existing Asda Rewards customers, aged 18 and over.
- To qualify for the £10 reward, you must be a member of or join the Asda Rewards loyalty programme Customers must input their 16-digit Asda Rewards membership number into the membership number section on the application form.
- Offer cannot be claimed retrospectively; customers must join the Asda Rewards loyalty programme for free or be an existing member before checking your eligibility.
- Asda Rewards Mobile app and mobile data is required to join Asda Rewards.
